Attorney Michael Krebs

Cape Cod Business Attorney

Attorney Michael graduated from the Boston University School of Law cum laude in 1980 and is now partner of Nutter, McLennan & Fish in the Business Department. His areas of expertise are complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance. He also advises companies and individuals on the design and implementation of executive compensation arrangements.

Michael serves as corporate and regulatory counsel to a variety of banks, savings institutions, insurance companies, and other financial institutions. He has represented clients before various federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, the Massachusetts Division of Banks, the New Hampshire Banking Department, and the California Department of Financial Institutions.

Michael is the Department Manager of Nutter’s Business Department and lectures at Boston University’s Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law where he teaches federal securities law in the Center's L.L.M. program.
